To look up details of your consignment please click "Go!" above and enter your consignment note number or order reference in the new window. If you wish to enquire on a particular line number, use the above facility for the consignment number, and you will then be presented with further options.

For Domestic services, your consignment note number can be located as follows:

The consignment number is Amtrak's reference on the consignment note. It is the number underneath the barcode as shown above. 

The line number refers to each individual destination on the consignment note and is highlighted above (1) 

For computer generated documentation (for example from Amtrak In-Touch) the line number will always be 1.

For International services, your consignment note number can be located as follows:

Please note that consignment details are made available the next working day after delivery.
