Before sending an international consignment, please consider the following points when selecting from our services:

Arranging for your consignment to be collected
To arrange collection simply call your local Amtrak depot:

When the Amtrak driver collects your consignment, a copy of the international consignment note will be left with you as receipt of the goods.

If at any time you need to track your consignment please contact your local depot quoting the number which can be found on the top right hand corner of the international consignment note or click here for consignment tracking.
